Day Program

FCCS supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through day habilitation, vocational training, and employment assistance.
With three centers located

We provide a range of activities tailored to their interests and abilities. This includes planting, yoga, music therapy, arts and crafts, social skills classes, and pet therapy. Our goal is to promote independence and skill development while fostering a nurturing environment.

Supported Employment

Our Supported Employment Program can be provided virtually or in person, with or without the involvement of the person's employer. This service helps members explore their career interests, abilities, and potential, while receiving necessary support to enhance their skills during the hiring process.

Community-Based Support

Our Community-Based Support Program provides assistance to members whether they live in or out of their home. The goal of this program is to achieve or maintain our members’ community inclusion, promote independence, and improve productivity and family functioning as outlined in their service plan. This program includes assistance with community-based activities, training, and supervision of individuals as they learn and perform the various tasks required for basic self-care, social skills, and daily living activities.

Respite Retreat!

FCCS understands that life can be difficult at times. That is why we believe in the power of respite, offering a safe haven where members find peace, rejuvenation, and a much-needed break.

The goal of Respite program is to provide our members a peaceful encouraging environment.

We offer both hotel and in-home respite care.
