Positive Behavior Support.

This program is tailored for individuals of all ages to reinforce positive behaviors and build essential life skills. We specialize in evidence-based strategies, which enhances overall well-being.

ABA Therapy

Our team utilizes principles of ABA to create individualized plans that promote positive behavior and skill development. This therapy addresses a wide range of behavioral challenges. As a team, we work collaboratively with families to implement effective strategies that support growth.

Occupational Therapy

The goal of occupational therapy is to help people improve their everyday skills so they can be more independent and participate in a variety of activities. OT programs for people with autism or adults with developmental disabilities frequently concentrate on gross and fine motor skills, learning strategies, and self-care. Sensory issues can also be managed with OT strategies.

Occupational therapy strategies can include:

Health Maintenance & Coordination Program

Our Health Maintenance and Coordination (HOPE) program assists families and members in coordinating and maintaining their health and wellness. We assist individuals and/or guardians in connecting with doctors, insurance companies, clinics, laboratories, and other medical providers in the community, allowing them to focus more on quality time with family and maintain independence in the community without a healthcare gap. This program consists of but not limited to:

Optometry

Members bring in prescriptions for contact lenses or eyeglasses to our optometrist. Members’ faces and eyes, including the distance between their pupils, should be measured. This is critical for ensuring proper eyeglass fit and assisting members in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses. Members may require specialized eyewear for sports, occupational use, or different tints and anti-reflective coatings. Write work orders for laboratory technicians and give them the information they need to make new lenses. They work with members to ensure that their eyeglasses fit properly and that their frames are repaired and replaced as needed, as well as to educate them about their eyewear and how to care for their contact lenses.
