**Steam Fest Participation Agreement and Permission **

I hereby agree to participate in the Four Corners' Steam Fest event, organized by FCCS, scheduled to take place on 26th April 2024.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and safety guidelines outlined by the event organizers and venue management.

I hereby grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media recordings of myself to be taken during the Steam Fest. I understand that these recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional and documentation purposes, and I waive any rights to compensation or royalties for their use.

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss of items. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue FCCS, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FCCS, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the event, including but not limited to attorney fees and costs incurred in defending such claims.

I have carefully read and understand the terms of this agreement, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
