Recreation

Fun-filled activities
and supportive services

Recreational activities allow our clients to unwind, have fun, and express themselves through various forms of art. They can use this to discover potentials and skills that will help them build a career or socialize with others.

Expression of Art

FCCS uses creative methods to help individuals cope with challenges and develop life skills. Guided by assessments and client interests, our therapists use expressive media and activities to foster emotional expression beyond words. Since 2021, FCCS has offered virtual art therapy, providing materials and personalized guidance for children and adults. We also offer in-person support for clients with special needs.

Expression of Music

Music therapy uses evidence-based interventions to support pain relief, emotional expression, memory, communication, and overall well-being. Through telehealth, clients choose individual or group sessions based on their needs. FCCS’s virtual program engages clients in singing, playing instruments, and improvisation, with therapists tailoring sessions to enhance self-expression and growth.

Youths in Motion

Youths in Motion is a program that provides activities for teenagers with developmental disabilities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development. They will participate in arts and crafts as well as other activities that will allow them to collaborate with trainers and other participants through this program.
